You’re building a family. We're here to help you take the first step with confidence.
From partners to parents
The relationship goes through the most trying period. Middle of the night feedings bring out fear and anger that is beyond normal. Birthing parents are healing their hearts, bodies, and minds from the task of pregnancy and birth. Non-birthing parents can feel insecure or lost.
“I’m responding more to myself. Coming back to my body more, checking-in and validating the challenging feelings. I’m able to be connected with myself AND with the needs of the baby.”
“I’m letting go of body shame to practice body love. I’m giving my body the appreciation it deserves for all its done for me and my baby.”
Ketamine and Breastfeeding
2026 Data Shows Ketamine Levels in Breast Milk Are Very Low
Studies have shown the Relative Infant Dose (RID) of ketamine is generally less than 1% of the maternal dose. For context, an RID below 10% is generally considered compatible with breastfeeding.
Many doctors are now supporting that breastfeeding may continue after KAP sessions safely without impacting the infant.
Some people still choose to feed before KAP and pump and dump for 9 hours after the session just to be safe.
We support all choices.
